thanks for this lovely info...i just thinking to change my facial wash...and i found your video..i just try once but my skin felt so good..but in malaysia, mostly honey is dark in colour..not like your raw honey.but i manage to find one organic raw honey...smells yummy!!

I moved from Montreal to the Prairies and now I have very dry skin, which I never had before. An I was never the type putting stuff in my face. Would coconut oil be a good thing to put on the parts of my face that get dry?

i have a question, so after you cleanse ur face with honey?? do u moisturize your face with some sort of moisturizer???
cus i have combination skin.. and im scared if i dont moisturize ill break out horribly.
or do i just skip out on the moisturizer??

Awesome suggestion and great video! I'm going to try this, because my skin is so dry it peels and flakes. I've just recently started to wonder if my skin is as super dry as it seems to be or if it's really due to the type of soap I use to wash my face with. I'm hoping if I start cleansing with organic honey the skin on my face will balance out a little.

This makes sense, all Raw Honey has a variety of anti-microbial attributes. I've known this, but never thought to apply it to the face. Manuka Honey kills even kills Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus AKA MRSA, Super Bug. Many hospitals &nursing homes use it as a last resort when nothing else works. I imagine if one has BAD acne, to use Manuka Honey, not everday, as she said dark honeys are gritty. Has to be RAW! The beneficial bacteria or Flora is what kills bad microbes/bacteria!
